Applications are restricted to companies whose prime business is that of Freight Forwarder.
The Freight Forwarding Company must have been established for a minimum of one year.
The Application must be completed, signed and dated by an authorized representative of the applying Company, ensuring all questions are accurately answered. The Application must include the name and address of at least one current WTC Alliance’s Member as indicated on the Application Form
Membership of WTCalliance is at the discretion of the WTC Board of Directors.
As a precondition to becoming a WTCalliance’s Member, every application form must be accompanied by:
The completed, signed, dated and company stamped WTCalliance Code of Conduct found herein.
A copy of your Registration of Business.
The Application Form completed, signed, dated and stamped.
Anti corruption document signed, dated and stamped.
Company Logo.
By submitting the completed Application Form and the other documents requested above, the applying company is legally bound to the Terms and Conditions of The WTC Alliance (see below) and adheres to the highest professional conduct and ethics, which defines WTC Alliance.
Upon approval by the WTC Board of Directors, an invoice will be issued, and payment must be made for the appropriate sum, within 07 days of the invoice, which is non-refundable.
New applications cannot be accepted when that country has the full quota of WTCalliance’s representatives.
